We have made an application for planning consent to build a block of 14 luxury flats on Glasgow Road, Milngavie.

The site is currently occupied by a Victorian house which is situated in sizeable grounds above the Allander Water. Great care has been taken by our architects in producing a contemporary and exciting design which blends in well with the surroundings. The site been treated sensitively, retaining mature trees where possible and complying with the requirements of Scottish Natural Heritage.

Internally the flats will be larger than most properties that have been offered to the market recently and will be accessible by a lift. All upper floor flats will have balconies with two of the flats having generous verandas.

Gardens will be landscaped to incorporate the Allander Water which runs close to the South boundary of the site and there will be private parking.
